Sire, Vetting and Auditing process: Preparing vessels, precautions during inspection, close out meetings and appropriately responding to observations raised during inspection.

Reflective learning: A way of training bringing behaviour change (face to face structured session based training based on reflective learning)

Resilience Training: Ability to bounce back and learn from adversity. Ability to cope with crisis or stressful situation and do the right things.

Incident Invetigation Training: Training ship staff and shore staff to conduct investigation for an incident and compile incident report with effective action items and close out with internal and external stakeholders.
